WeighBook Offer
Pro Tournament Scales customers may choose to add the one-year WeighBook offer to an order. The offer provides one year during which WeighBook's standard per-angler signup fee is waived, subject to the terms of the offer.
We will only send your information to WeighBook when you affirmatively request the offer and agree to the required consent statement.
When you request the offer, we may manually provide WeighBook with limited information needed to contact you and activate the offer, including:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if provided
- Your order number and order date
- Confirmation that you selected and consented to the WeighBook offer
- Other limited order information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility
WeighBook may use this information to contact you regarding account creation, setup, onboarding, activation, and use of the offer. After your information is provided to WeighBook, WeighBook's own privacy practices and terms apply to its handling of that information.
Customers who do not select the WeighBook offer will not have their information provided to WeighBook for this purpose.
Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and improve the customer experience. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage information.

Text Messages
We do not send marketing text messages. We only text a customer if the customer texts us first, asks us to communicate by text, or expressly requests a service that requires telephone follow-up.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. If you order from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and shared with shipping carriers, customs authorities, payment processors, or other service providers as needed to complete your order.
